Payment via immidate transfer

You can also pay with us safely and conveniently via SOFORT bank transfer. If you have selected SOFORT transfer as your payment method, you will be redirected to an already completed transfer form. Check the payee and transfer amount and select your bank using the sort code. In the next step, enter your usual access data for online banking into a protected payment form. From there the data will be forwarded to your bank. As usual, you will receive a one-time valid TAN from your bank, for example via smartphone. If you confirm the transfer by entering your TAN, you will receive a summary of all the data from the purchase process.

Payment in advance

If you pay in advance, your order will be processed as soon as we have received your payment. When making the transfer, please make sure to include your order number in the intended purpose and always transfer separately for different orders. Depending on the credit institution, it can take between two to four working days for your payment to reach us. The goods you ordered will remain reserved for you until receipt of your payment (but a maximum of 7 days).

Payment reminder

Of course, we know that something can quickly go wrong in everyday life. Therefore, if you have received a payment reminder from us, we ask you to check the following:

1.When did you transfer money to us?

Please allow 5 working days for us to process the payment for you. You will then automatically receive an email from us to confirm payment.

2. Did you specify the intended use correctly?

When making a transfer, please make sure that only the relevant order number is stated in the intended purpose. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service and have the correct order number and intended use ready.

3. Have you transferred several orders together?

If you have paid the outstanding invoice amounts for several orders through a bank transfer, it is quite possible that we were unable to allocate the amounts to the individual orders. In this case, please contact our customer service and provide the relevant order number and the intended purpose.

4. Did you forget to transfer the outstanding invoice amount?

Shipping time

As a rule, you will receive your goods in Germany within 3-5 working days (Except during the Corona period, the shipping time is currently 5-7 working days) and for international delivery within 7-9 days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery to a packing station (NO DELIVERY OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS)

Of course, you can also have your goods delivered to a packing station. To do this, when entering the shipping address during the ordering process, tick the box before selecting Send the order to a packing station. This will display the additionally required input fields.

If you don't know the number of your Packstation, you can get it via the link to the Packstation Finder. You will also need your postal number (DHL customer number) and the postal code of your packing station.


Shipping partner

Shipping takes place within Germany by DHL and outside Germany by UPS . Both DHL and UPS offer you a shipment tracking system on their homepage.

With the shipping confirmation you will receive the necessary tracking number from us or the logistics service provider.
