Tasks during training:

• Learn the basics of online trading and e-commerce
• Support in maintaining and updating the online shop
• Assistance with online marketing measures
• Getting to know the ordering and payment process
• Support in customer service and customer inquiries
• Introduction to analyzing sales figures and website traffic
• Participate in the planning of sales strategies

Requirements:

• Middle school leaving certificate or higher school leaving certificate
• Basic computer skills and interest in e-commerce
• Good knowledge of German in speaking and writing
• Communication skills and team spirit
• Motivation and willingness to learn
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
