Returns and refunds

  1. Please log in to your customer account.
  2. Select the order you would like to return.
  3. Click on 'Return' on the right.
  4. Now select the item(s) you would like to return.
  5. Indicate the reason for the return.
  6. Please write us a short note about the return so that we can deal with your problem as quickly as possible.
  7. Confirm the return order by clicking on 'Create return'.
  8. Your return is now being processed, we will check your return and, if necessary, send you a return label.
  9. The return must be packaged “DHL compliant” and sent to the following address “Dschinni GmbH

    Germany"     must be sent back.

refund policy

You can unused items within 14 days send it back to us after receiving the goods. Make sure to send the items back to us unused as they are hygiene items. This saves you and us time and hassle in the event of a return.

In order to process this process as quickly and easily as possible, send us an email ( support@dschinni-shisha.com ) with pictures and a short description of how the defect/defect occurred.

Payment methods for refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund you. The refund varies depending on the payment method and is made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Advance payment: The credit will be transferred to the bank account from which your transfer was made to us.

PayPal: The credit will be credited to the PayPal account you use. You can decide for yourself at PayPal whether the amount will be deposited into your PayPal account or returned to your bank account.

SOFORT transfer: If you made the payment with SOFORT transfer, we need the details of the account recipient to transfer the credit.

Credit card: Credit will be issued to the credit card from which your payment to us was made.

Klarna: The credit will be credited to the Klarna account you use.
